What You'll Do:
We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Property Manager for our 315 unit apartment community located in Citrus Heights, CA.
As a Property Manager, we know you do much more than sitting behind a desk directing others:
you lead by example, roll your sleeves up and walk the property with your maintenance team, build healthy and long-lasting relationships with your residents, tour with and mentor your leasing team, overcome challenges and address emergencies with flexibility and adaptability.
This property has the BOND Program; knowledge of the BOND Program is required.
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager working with lease ups.
Experience with supervising a staff 6-7 employees.
Able to collaborate with your team, set goals, bring fresh leadership and marketing ideas to the table.
Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, & regulations.
Knowledge of the BOND Program.
MS Office, Yardi, CRM and Rent Cafe Excellent communication, organization and managerial skills.
