Citrus Heights, CA Citrus Heights, CA Full-time Full-time $110,000 - $140,000 a year $110,000 - $140,000 a year 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago Position Seeking BIM Manager for Bridges, Structures and Civil Infrastructure projects Skills Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure or Tekla Structures for development of 2D Design & detail drawings and 3D Modeling for steel, reinforced concrete and post-tensioned structures; Expert level capability in Revit Structures or Tekla Structures preferred Dynamo skills a plus NavisWorks, Synchro Pro Skills a plus Must be capable of independently setting-up, modeling and maintaining BIM models Ability to prepare RFI's and Change Orders Ability to communicate and coordinate well with diverse project teams Ability to manage, train and guide a team of 4 to 8 BIM Modelers/CAD Drafters Must have excellent written and spoken English skills MS Word & Excel or equivalent proficiency Experience 20
years work experience in the development of 3D BIM Models and 2D design drawings, shop drawings for Buildings, Bridges and Transportation Structures 5
years management experience preferred Experience and proficiency with 2D/3D AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure or Tekla Structures for steel, rebar and post-tensioning for BIM Modeling Experience with 3D Clash Analysis for Structure, Architecture, MEP, and/or Rebar and Post-tensioning Experience with 4D modeling with Synchro or NavisWorks a plus Education 2 Year Associate Degree or Equivalent with 20
years of relevant work experience or 4 Year Civil Engineering/Architecture Degree with 15
