The Institute for Children's Aid (ICA)is a major division at International Christian Adoptions.
We stand on Biblical principles in all we do lending hospitality and sanctuary to all who are in need coming into our care.
ICA is dedicated in helping children and their families around the world and in the United States.
Our staff are multi-lingual and multi-ethnic and professionally trained to assist in various trauma informed capacities.
ICA promotes and secures the emotional, spiritual and physical welfare of children who have been victimized, abandoned or persecuted; found in the streets, war zones, government run institutions, refugee camps or family homes and provides them a family they can call their own.

Job Description The Administrator provides quality assurance administrative services to foster care refugee case files.
The Administrator carries out all case management filing, preparing reports, ensuring activities meet individual client needs and preferences utilizing a broad range of legal, secretarial and behind the desk computer skills.
A large part of the responsibilities is compliance driven, extensive filing , monitoring legal cases, cross checking accuracy of reports, preparing tight timeline documents and highly accurate reporting and with strict adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Carry out quality assurance and extensive filing tasks to ensure case files and required reports are done on time and filed appropriately.
That each youth according to the documents you review has living essentials such as housing, food, medical care, and access to transportation, and is oriented to their new environment.
Monitor legal filing, ensuring timeliness of court submissions Support efforts to link clients with appropriate educational, health, and social services.
Assist clients to attain their established goals, address challenges by participating in meetings that ensure available resources.
Input client information in database(s) and assist with tracking and reporting as needed.
Collaborate effectively with coworkers and partner organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with area service providers for the benefit of clients.
f May provide interpretation services.
Other duties as assigned.
