Farmers District Office seeking an Distrcit Customer Service Rep in Citrus Heights, CA to join our team.
This position is designed for insurance professionals who can help support Farmers Agency Owners and their team members.
District CSR typically conducts small training sessions, roll out new systems/products to Agencies, problem solves, helps with customer questions/issues and help agents drive efficiency and productivity to build larger, stronger, stable agencies.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our agencies and customers.
You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and providing support to our agents and their staff.
Farmers District 34 is a leading district that offers high levels of support to the agencies in the district.
